The DIGITAL COMPETENCE WHEEL

The New Normal - Living Digital

The Digital Competence Wheel has been developed by the Center for Digital Dannelse, who has been engaged in digitalisation and digital education since 2009. The concept of digital competence has emerged concurrently with technological development and as society has recognised the need for new competences. Development of technologies enables and constantly creates new activities and goals, and the importance of digital competence is therefore constantly changing and must always be seen in relation to the current technology and its application.
